Where to drink in Dallas right now: 5 restaurants & bars with fun flights

For many people, January is the time to get away from the excess vacations that have come before. Join the gym, start a new diet, cut back on alcohol. Those are all good ideas.

But CultureMap’s monthly column Where to Drink is in another realm. The reason it exists is to serve recommended cocktails and drinks. We do not back down from that mission. Everyone else is making mocktail lists, but we use flights. Rather than serving one drink at a time, it offers multiple drinks so you can mix and match.

Here are five restaurants and bars that make flying fun.
