White Lyan is an innovator, acknowledging Club Oenologique and sustainable hospitality becoming more popular. At White Ryan, ingredients are carefully used, and spirits, beer, wine and water are distilled in-house, reports Grazia Magazine. With titles such as British Bartender of the Year and International Bartender of the Year, according to Grazia Magazine, Chethiyawardhana’s efforts are well known.In 2014, White Ryan Voted the best new bar in the world, Dandelian won the same title at the 2015 Spirited Awards. His hotel bar, Lyaness, has won the World’s Best Bar for 2022 (according to Forbes). It’s safe to say that Chetiyawardene shows no signs of slowing down.
