Scooter’s Coffee is Watauga’s newest drive-thru location serving the area around North Richland Hills and northeast Fort Worth, and is handing out free drinks on Fridays.

The franchise is located at 5955 Rufe Snow Drive just south of Watauga Road and Mid Cities Boulevard.

Customers who pay with Scooter’s Coffee’s mobile app will receive a free drink on Fridays, the company said.

Its signature drink is Caramelicious, and its menu includes signature espresso drinks, single-origin coffees, fruit smoothies, Red Bull infusions, cold brew, pastries, and breakfast options.

Founded in Nebraska 25 years ago, Scooter’s Coffee has over 500 stores in 27 states and plans to open new stores in 30 states.

In 2022, Scooters will open in a former car wash in Lake Worth. It also has stores in Keller, Collieville, Grapevine, and a few locations on the northeast side of the Metroplex.

The Watauga store is owned by Laetitia D. Chukwama, Obi I. Chukwama and Fred Musindi.
