Celsius drinkers are eligible for compensation from a class action settlement with a popular energy drink company, potentially earning up to $250.
The settlement stems from a lawsuit filed in November, which alleges that Celsius beverages were misleadingly labeled as ‘preservative-free but containing citric acid’. are doing.

Who is eligible for the Celsius settlement?
The class action settlement website states that those who are indemnified will drink Celsius drinks “for personal or household consumption, and not for resale or distribution.” Subject purchased a drink between January 1, 2015 and he on November 12, 2022.

Those who qualify can receive hundreds of dollars in return as long as they have a receipt.
People who purchased a can of Celsius during the eligible period will receive $1 per can, and those who purchased Celsius On-the-Go and Flow Fusion powdered beverages (usually sold in packs of 14) can receive $5 per package. A valid receipt is required.
Settlement Request Members are capped at $250 per household.
You can submit a claim and receive up to $20 per household, even if you don’t have a receipt and purchased products during the period.
