BRADFORD COUNTY, Pennsylvania — A man walked into an unlocked home and had a drink before realizing the home’s owner was in the house, according to police.
Robert Michael Shea allegedly broke into his 11000 block home on PA-414 in Bradford County through an unlocked basement door on the morning of December 13th.
Shea, 25, was stopped by police while walking on PA-414. According to reports, Shea admitted to breaking into the house and drinking a Hug drink from the refrigerator in the basement. .
Shea removed the doorknob from another basement door leading to the first floor and entered the main part of the house.
Shea was charged with first degree felony burglary, trespassing, criminal mischief, and theft with illegal possession.
He is being held at Bradford County Jail on $85,000 bail pending formal arraignment on January 23.
