Limited Edition Crystal Head & Joshua Kane Vodka

British designer Josha Kane's fabrics are more commonly seen on runways, adorning crystal-headed vodka bottles.

The coolest bottle in town? British designer Josha Kane’s fabrics are more commonly seen on runways, adorning his bottles of Crystal Head vodka.

Co-founded by actor and musician Dan Aykroyd in 2008, Crystal Head Vodka partnered with British fashion designer and tailor Joshua Kane to develop a line of limited edition bottle casings.

The three designs epitomize the “beautiful and rebellious spirit”, a story shared by both Joshua Kane and Crystal Head Vodka.

The hand-stitched pattern, which just launched this week at Selfridges, took Joshua six months to develop, going through multiple prototype stages due to the challenging dimensions of Crystal Head Vodka’s skull bottle. Composed of Kane’s bespoke fabrics, his quirky patchwork design is limited to 200 pieces and is available in three styles: black and gold, black and red, and black and white.

Kane said of the collaboration that the signature skull bottle represents Rebel and an “affinity with Rebel” that he sympathizes with. “I enjoy pushing boundaries with technology,” he says.

The Joshua Kane design includes a 70cl bottle of Crystal Head Vodka.

From £155 from Selfridges, London Oxford Street, Birmingham, Manchester Trafford, Manchester Exchange Square.
