Shoppers are flocking to Kmart to get their hands on the budget ‘cheating’ of the popular $60 water bottle.
Mom has been raving about the retailer’s $15 double-walled insulated cylinder water bottle. This bottle can keep your drink ice cold for hours and is exactly like Frank Green’s $60 ceramic bottle.
Posting on the popular Facebook group Kmart Hacks and Décor, one New South Wales shopper said the bottle kept her ice cubes frozen for hours.

‘Buy one of these drink bottles at Kmart – $15. I put ice in at 3:30 p.m. and it’s still frozen,” she said.
“It hasn’t even started to melt yet, and there’s also the added bonus of no condensation on the outside of the bottle. Might be a good way to keep the kids’ drinks cold in this hot weather.”
She added that she also uses the bottle for water and said there were no leaks.

Many of the comments agreed that the bottle was “absolutely the best” and the perfect back-to-school accessory.
“I’ve been looking for an insulated straw drink bottle that doesn’t cost a lot and fits my arms and legs for years. It’s so good,” wrote one woman, while another said, “I’m 10,000 percent sure I use this every day.” I do!” he said.

“My kids take them to school. I put cold water and ice cubes in them, but when I get home it’s still ice cold. As an added bonus, I’m driving from school to the Gold Coast this afternoon for 3 I drove for hours and it was still comfortable, yes, no condensation,” wrote a fourth user.
One woman said, “When I put room temperature water in it and then put it in the fridge, it’s not very cold, so I have to put cold water in..but it stays cold for years.’
One teacher recommended that parents always choose double-walled stainless steel bottles for their children because they are “unbreakable.”
“I love that you shared this drink bottle – it’s a necessary item, but I think most people buy bottles based on how they look – but keeping drinks cold beats everything for me. Enjoy the bottle – it will last for a long time,” she said.
