S.Some ways of holiday partying are the weekend order, where family and friends gather from far and wide to celebrate, exchange gifts, and have fun. We’ve created a handy holiday party gift guide to guide you through the holiday weekend.
If there’s one thing that’s certain to happen this week and next, it’s holiday parties. Mixed drinks, mimosas, beer, wine, and more are all featured along with food, good times, and friendly times. Below you’ll find a few brands along with cocktails and other suggestions.
Jose Cuervo Because, quite frankly, I love the way a popular tequila brand approaches craft cocktails.
1.5 oz Jose Cuervo® Tradicional® Silver Tequila
0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
2 oz Brut Champagne
2 ounces club soda
Garnish: Edible gold glitter
Directions: Run a lemon wedge along half of the outer edge of the coupe and roll it in gold edible glitter. Place all ingredients in a mixing glass and add ice. Stir gently and strain into the prepared coupe glass.
Villon A versatile cognac liqueur that has come to be enjoyed as an after-dinner treat and as a base for great cocktails.
Villon holiday sidecar
1.5 oz Bjorn
0.75 ounces orange liqueur
0.75 ounces fresh lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.
Strain into a glass and garnish with a twist of orange.

3/4 cup Cointreau
2 cups Mount Gay Rum with Chai
2 cups coconut milk
2 ounces maple syrup
1 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients in a pitcher and refrigerate. Add star anise to the garnish when ready to serve. Pour into ice-filled rocks glasses and garnish each glass with star anise.
How to infuse rum: Add 6 chai tea bags to rum and let it steep for about 1 hour.
bunbu cream It’s a dairy cream liqueur that’s on the shelf all year round. McQueen and the Purple Mist It’s the premium gin that people sleep on. What a combo!

1.5oz bunbu cream
.75oz McQueen and Purple Mist
1.5 ounces coconut milk (or your favorite milk)
.75 oz ginger syrup
shake with ice
pour into a glass
Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed ginger and cinnamon
we have almost everything Hendrick’s gin But few of them mix or move in the same way as the original.
Hendrix pomegranate punch

Hendrick’s Gin 1 1/2
1/2 part fresh lemon juice
1/2 pomegranate juice
Simple syrup 1/2
1 and 1/2 portions cold blackcurrant tea
How to: Place all ingredients in a punch bowl on top of a block of ice. Ladle a few times over ice, garnish and serve.

milagro spice hot chocolate
Milagro Reposado Tequila 1 1/2 Parts
Taza guajillo chili chocolate 3 parts
a pinch of chili powder
Directions: Add all ingredients to a mug and stir. Topped with whipped cream and chili chocolate shavings. His 100% blue agave profile in Milagro pairs beautifully with sweet chocolate and a hint of chili spice.

2 oz Uncle Nearest 1884
3-4 blackberries (for garnish)
1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
0.5 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
Directions: Add fruit and ginger liqueur to cocktail shaker. Simply crush the fruit and gently mix the ingredients. Add Uncle Nearest and lime juice. Add ice, mix well, and shake until cool (about 10 seconds). Strain twice into a chilled cocktail glass without ice. Garnish with skewered blackberries.
haven’t tried House of the Sun Not at this point, but we’ve heard some good things and really like this big party cocktail idea below.
casa del sol tequila white christmas margarita
(for 6 people)
12 oz. / Casa del Sol Blanco
1 14-ounce can of unsweetened coconut milk
2 tbsp.coconut cream
8 oz.triple sec
1/4 cup lime juice
blend until smooth
I haven’t tried the Milagro Select line yet, but I plan to cover the brand in the coming months.

Milagro Select Rest Part 2
3/4 part vermouth bianco
1 dash orange bitters
1 lemon twist
Directions: Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled mixing glass and stir until cool. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. Milagro Select Mexican Martini highlights liquid essentials to make you shine with confidence.

peach fizz cocktail
1 oz. Gin (we recommend London Dry, which is the most common style)
1/2 oz.fresh lemon juice
3 1/2 oz.The Guilty Grape Peach Mango Bubbly
Assemble the shaker, add ice and shake to combine the gin and lemon juice. Strain into an amber diamond stemless wine glass, top with a whisk, and garnish with a lemon zest.
haven’t tried Maison No. 9, Post Malone helped create Rosé, but I hope it happens soon.
Holiday Sangria at Maison Nine Nine
1 Maison No.9
8 ounces pomegranate juice
6 ounces blood orange juice
6 ounces cinnamon syrup
4oz Grand Marnier
Place all ingredients in a large pitcher and refrigerate overnight.
Serve over ice.
Glassware: wine glasses
1 pear (thinly sliced)
1 pomegranate (seed removed)
1 blood orange, cut in half and sliced

All sparkling cocktails
2.5oz Lobos Extra Anejo
0.25 ounces maple syrup
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
Add all ingredients and ice to a glass and mix
Glassware: Rock glass
1 sheet of edible gold leaf

1 1/2 ounces mezcal campante
3/4 ounce lime juice
3/4 ounce grenadine (pomegranate syrup)
2 barspoons Benedict
1-2 dashes of orange bitters
Top with 1-2 ounces of ginger beer
Place all ingredients in a shake can. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds. Strain into a glass.

american harvest organic vodka Another spirit we haven’t tried, but it promises to deliver a farm-to-table spirit that’s actually flavorful.
American Gingerbread Martini with American Harvest Vodka
1.5 oz.american harvest organic vodka
1.5 oz.Irish cream
2 tbsp.gingerbread syrup
0.25 tsp vanilla extract
1 oz.half & half
Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and pour into glass.

Framed with crushed gingerbread cookies and topped with whipped cream and gingerbread cookies

we like to think optimist Botanicals, especially the “bright” description of “guilt-free gin” (that’s ours, don’t take it!), but I’m sure most people would agree, so it’s a bit overkill.
