Gyoza: Feb 28th from 1pm to 5pm with instructor Hua Yang. For beginners and above. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent. Gyoza making is a fun activity to do around the dining table with friends and family. In this hands-on class, learn the art of folding gyoza wrappers into traditional shapes. In the class, learn how to prepare both pork and vegetarian fillings, steam and pan-fry them, and serve them with homemade traditional sauces. Bring a bread bowl and dutch oven if you have one. More information will be emailed to you before class. Tuition is $70 and includes equipment. Registration deadline is January 28th.

St. Patrick’s Day Cookie Decorations: March 17, 5:30-7:00 PM, $29, Jefferson Learning Center, Kindergarten-5th Grade, Instructor Charlene Buzdok. St. Patrick’s Day themed cookie decorations. While the cookies dry, take them home and do the class activity. Available in limited space.

Crazy cake pops: April 24, 5:30-7:00 PM, $35, Jefferson Learning Center, Kindergarten-5th Grade, Instructor Charlene Buzdok. Read recipes, learn how to make cake pops with instructions, learn how to use candy melts, and ensure kitchen safety. You may even take it home with you. Available in limited space.
