Dumplings: February 28th from 1pm to 5pm with instructor Hua Yang. For beginners and above. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by a parent. Gyoza making is a fun activity to do around the dining table with friends and family. In this hands-on class, learn the art of folding gyoza wrappers into traditional shapes. In the class, learn how to prepare both pork and vegetarian fillings, steam and pan-fry them, and serve them with homemade traditional sauces. Bring a bread bowl and dutch oven if you have one. More information will be emailed to you before class. Tuition is $70 and includes equipment. Registration deadline is his January 28th.
