Symptoms caused by this organism can resemble flu and include high fever, muscle aches or pains, chills, feeling unwell or unwell, and diarrhea. It can cause serious complications such as inflammation.

This was the result of a packaging error where some packs were incorrectly packaged with the Snickers Dessert Bar. This meant that the product was a potential health risk for those with allergies to peanuts and/or allergies or intolerances to eggs.
