Customers’ 7 favorite food, beverage products

And the winner is…

Unlike the usual super popular Trader Joe’s products like Mandarin Orange Chicken. The SoCal-based grocer group inducted his five longtime favorites into the Hall of Fame before voting began earlier this month. The idea was to freshen up the list of winners and spark interest in products that customers had never tried.

And update the list it did.

On Monday, the 14th Annual Customer Choice Awards were announced on the Trader Joe’s website podcast. they are:

Overall Favorite: Rolled corn tortilla chips, chili lime flavor. (A Trader Joe announcer said rumors that the product was discontinued blew up on her social media last year, but they said nothing to worry about.

Favorite drink: Sparkling honey crisp apple juice. (Customers may still find some of this season’s products at local stores.

Favorite cheese: English cheddar with caramelized onions. (An announcer noted that these onions have a flavor similar to sweet French onion soup.

Favorite sweets/desserts: Grab your cone! Mini ice cream cone. (“Every time we introduce a new flavor, it goes away,” she said, TJ’s announcer. These cones she won in the category again in 2022.)

Favorite appetizer: Butter chicken and basmati rice. (Second place was tikka masala chicken.)

Favorite produce: banana. (Teeny Tiny Avocados came in second for him.)

Favorite snack: Rolled corn tortilla chips, chili lime flavor.

Favorite Vegan/Vegetarian Products: Vegan kale, cashew and basil pesto.
