The complaint alleges that Celsius Holdings, Inc. “misleadingly labels its products” and describes them as “preservative-free” even though they contain citric acid. However, Celsius Holdings Inc. agreed to a settlement.
According to the class action settlement website, anyone who purchased a “beverage or powdered drink” in Celsius between January 1, 2015 and November 23, 2022, could receive money from the settlement. I was.
